Global Functions & Examples

PlayEffectAtLocation() Params effectname - effect name to play location - location to play effect at duration - Optional: Override client duration for effect (0 means let client decide when to end it) args - Optional: arguments specific to the effect chosen (default is none)	Play a client special effect at specified location.
