Annual accounts for Joe's company The Body Coach Nutrition Online value the firm's intangible assets at £6.4m.

Intangible assets are the star himself, his name and any trademarks which differs from other assets such as property, cash and investments.
The firm has cash reserves for 2022 of £1.14m and is facing a tax bill of £1.2m.
It is estimated that Joe has earned around £15m so far from his workout empire.

It comes after figure released at the start of August that the company uses to channel some of his earnings has had a fall in funds of roughly £3 million.
The of Joe Wicks Ltd has now dropped to £4 million, when last year that figure was closer to £7 million.
£1 million in cash as well as £3 million in assets remain on the books, although the cash amount has been cut in half as last year's accounts showed it to have been at the £2 million mark.

Joe was appointed Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in the 2020 Birthday Honours for services to fitness and charity.
He is married to model Rosie Jones, who he met in 2016 and shares two children and also a house in Los Angeles.
But he and his wife have seemingly decided to keep the UK as their primary residence and bring up daughter Indie, four, and two-year-old son Marley at their £4.4 million Surrey mansion.

Joe has revealed that he and Rosie have already spoken about their desire to have a fourth child and possibly more after they welcome their latest addition.
The fitness star who shares Indigo, three, and Marley, two, with Rosie also admitted in a new interview that it would be 'tough' to juggle another baby in their busy household.
Speaking to, the Body Coach opened up on expanding his family with Rosie and explained that 'they'd like a fourth and possibly more beyond that'.
With a third child already on the way and the possibility of more in the future, Joe revealed that he's refused to hire a nanny and instead enlists their mums to help out with childcare.
He said: 'I'm so lucky as my mum and Rosie's mum are nearby.
I'd find it hard to leave my kids with someone I didn't know, so the fact I've got my mum means I can have a night out in a hotel and I love that.'
On the prospect of having three kids under five in their home, the fitness coach went on: 'I know it's going to be tough because obviously we've got a four-year-old and a two-year-old and so we'll have to get more people ready for bed.
It's going to be more of a team-like thing.'
Joe added that he's 'definitely' planning to take more time out of his busy schedule to help out with the children, especially in the 'mornings and evenings'.
The star went on to heap praise on his spouse of three years, adding that although it'll be 'exhausting' for her with a new baby, 'she's very good'.
