Supermodel Megan Gale has shared the recipe for her favourite summer salad - and it's so simple, you can make it in less than 10 minutes.
The 44-year-old Australian catwalk queen took to Instagram stories on Monday night to show followers how she makes chicken schnitzel salad with roast pumpkin, goat's cheese and avocado.
The mother-of-two - who shares son River, six, and daughter Rosie, two, with her fiancé, former star Shaun Hampson - adds chopped walnuts, cucumber, carrots, broccoli and lettuce before drizzling the lot with her 'special secret dressing'.
