Restaurant Launches A One Kilo 99 BRIE Cake

A trendy restaurant has offered a lavish savoury alternative to birthday cakes for cheese fans. 
Australian restaurant  have added the $99 to its Italian-inspired menu and it comes topped with classic charcuterie items.
The one kilogram Brie Cake is available from the Circular Quay, Surfers Paradise, Drummoyne and Newstead venues.

Just some of the delicious elements that come on top of the Brie are salami, ham, walnuts, pickles, strawberries, blueberries, orange slices, edible flowers and more. 
The restaurant chain has already made a name for themselves nationwide with cheese wheel pasta dishes, all you can eat nights and now with the Brie Cake.  
Salts Meats Cheese revealed the new menu item online to receive a flood of comments from excited restaurant fans who can't wait to try the cake themselves.
