Estes Park has long been a favorite of weekenders, day-trippers, and adventurers looking to escape the bustle of Denver and settle into the mountain lifestyle for a few days-and Estes Park restaurants are built for that! This was one of the last nights on my trip to Estes Park and we decided to really splurge on an expensive meal, so I ordered the Mr. Beef" option on their menu which consists of a 22-ounce, 45-day dry-aged Black Angus ribeye that comes with asparagus in bearnaise as well as potatoes fried in duck fat.

The Baldpate Inn features a variety of comforts and facilities, including a private, fully stocked library and comfortable lobby with a massive stone fireplace, and an elegant dining room where a complimentary European-style buffet breakfast is served each morning.

Established in 1970, the locally-owned and operated restaurant serves unique Italian cuisine prepared with artisanal market-driven ingredients such as house-made pasta dishes, wood-fired pizzas, fresh seafood and salads, and prime beef, chicken and veal plates.

A deluxe continental breakfast is served every morning (only to guests staying in the main chateau) and includes freshly brewed coffee Bookmarks and tea, fresh fruit juices and fruit, cereals and homemade granola, yogurt, baked bread and other goods, eggs dishes and more.

Surrounded by dense pine forests on the side of Twin Sisters Mountain, the Inn's restaurant serves an expansive buffet of farm-to-table fare for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, featuring fresh seafood, prime meats and chicken, and fresh locally sourced salads and vegetables.
